We are more frustrated with the company because we were missing 3 washers used to attach the trick posts (we rec'd one) and we are still waiting to get them. We've called 4x and just today were told that these parts weren't needed and that they did not have them in stock b/c the bike is new. We DO need these washers and feel the company should provide them. The company, Kent International, is terrible to work with. As in another review, we had a problem with the bicycle, and still, 7 months later, have gotten no help from them. I would not buy another Kent International bike for their lack of customer service. They are not concerned with you after you buy the bicycle. The front brake locked up on him and the ball bearing retainers in the sproket bent and now he can't peddle it. I ordered the ball bearing retainers, but I don't recommend this bike because I thnk they put the cheapest parts in it and the bike is dangerous. |
